mCMTC.info was designed to gather, equip, and empower missional people for effective, organic ministry. While God has raised tremendous men and women for this movement – Alan Hirsch, Michael Frost, Neil Cole and Hugh Halter to name a few – something more is needed to help put “boots on the ground.”
 
The organic missional movement (OMM) is not church growth, church health, church planting or another church trend. The OMM is the first true paradigm shift since Constantine marched his men through rivers in baptism and organized an institution to manage them. The OMM is about making disciples, not building an organization.
 
mCMTC.info seeks to facilitate the OMM through definition, exhortation, training, and resourcing. While it serves the “sanctified dissatisfied” by bringing clarity to confusion, its driving purpose is to empower those called to the movement into action. Its purpose is to spur disciples to make disciples who make disciples in church-hostile cities, towns, and neighborhoods.
 
You – the visitor to mCMTC.info – are not only the receiver of this site’s empowerment, but also a contributor to others in the movement. Take this responsibility with soberness. Find your clarity for the future, but spare the rant about the present. Ask the questions and provide answers, but without demeaning the Bride of Christ. But most of all, love those who criticize, those who are lost, and those who are immobile and honor God with your words, ideas, and ministry.
